This patient is 92 years old. He has been in our practice for 30 years. The upper denture was made in 1985. His old lower partial was eliminated in favor of two lower bridges in 1988. The implant was placed in 2007. This patient is still needing additional treatment.

FUNCTION HEALTH

A new upper denture should be made to establish a better vertical and balance the posterior teeth to a better centric position. The patient loved to show only on the implant side and over adapted the maxillary bone.

FUTURE CONSIDERATIONS…

This patient will live to be a 100 years old with his attitude! He thinks he has had five dentures in his life and would like to make his new one last forever.
